When does the winter season start?

We open with the Kappl ski area — typically early December. Bookings stretch through mid-April. Call the Dorfzentrum location for the current opening date.

What is included in the rental price?

Skis in the chosen class, plus poles. The binding is adjusted to your weight and skill level. Ski boots are a separate item (from € 16/day, € 62/week) — as are helmet and clothing. We’ll put the whole set together for you in the shop.

Are there discounts for children and teens?

Yes: children up to age 10 ride for free if both parents rent equipment from us. Teens up to age 14 pay half the adult rate.

How does the ski depot at the cable car work?

In our shop next to the Diasbahn base station — your own locker, drying system for boots, access during opening hours. Free of charge for our rental customers.

Can I cancel free of charge?

Up to 24 hours before pickup: yes, no deposit and no fee. After that, prorated if necessary — just let us know, we’re fair on understandable reasons.

What if the ski or boot doesn’t fit?

We swap free of charge. Premium and Superior classes even include a model change within the class. For ski boots, our fit guarantee applies — if you have problems on the first day, come back and we re-fit you.

Can I pick up the gear the day before?

Yes. Early Pick-Up from 4 pm the day before, no surcharge. That way you’re on the slope on day one — not in the rental shop.

Where do I pick up the equipment?

Three locations, each with its own strength: Dorfzentrum (rental, clothing, winter fashion), Talstation on the road to Ischgl (express workshop in 15 min, boot fitting, ski depot in the shop next to the lift), Mountain Life (rental, also a rental base for Ischgl, largest car park). You pick at online reservation — all three shops share the same system.
